Il offre en pleine forêt des Landes girondines, un espace naturel de 600 hectares comprenant 5 lacs dont un est réservé aux activités nautiques, un autre pour la baignade sans oublier les sports aquatiques : canöe-kayak, voile, beach-polo.

Families and individuals are welcomed to the estate by professionals employed to supervise sports activities.

Group activities

The estate offers various options for activities, accommodation and catering to associations, groups and youth organisations. From a simple half-day to a week-long stay or longer, a host of activities for both young and old are available for organising educational projects or relaxing as a group. Courses, holiday breaks and adventure races are also possible.

Sports activities are supervised by qualified sports instructors and are organised in 1½ hour or 3 hour sessions so groups can practice as beginners or enjoy more intensive sessions.

Amongst other activities, the estate offers the following activities to:

Outdoor activities:   

• Mountain biking: on cycle tracks, off-road tracks or handling courses
• Archery: enclosed area with 8 boards
• Orienteering course: 3 levels available
• Fishing (for under 12 year olds only)
• Horse riding activities (in partnership with the local horse riding centre)
• Tennis (in partnership with the Gironde-Landes tennis club association)

Environmental education: fauna, flora, geology, history of the site

Water activities:

• Canoeing-kayaking (starts in April)
• Sailing: on centre boarders or optimist dinghies (starts in April)

·         Beach-polo (from 17th May to 7th September)

Climbing:

• Artificial wall climbing
• Tree climbing: open cables and ropes course through the trees (from early April until late October)
• Indoor wall climbing

3-day courses are also available for mountain biking, canoeing-kayaking, sailing (from April until the end of October) and climbing.

From April until the end of October, adventure races, discovery packs and a one-day circuit around the estate can be organised for groups.

How to get to the estate

By car:

• via the A62: exit 1 La Brède - towards Saucats

• from the North, A63: exit 23 - towards Le Barp
• from the South, A63: exit 22 - towards Belin-Beliet

By bus no. 54 along the Bordeaux Peixotto - Hostens route

In summer you can travel to Hostens for only 2€ with the Beach bus.
