Open throughout the year, the estate organises and offers its facilities to partners for sports and cultural events aimed at a wide range of audiences, from primary school and secondary school pupils to families and amateur or professional sports players.

The 2009 events calendar began in April with the carp fishing enduro.

23rd to 26th April 2009 

72 hour carp fishing enduro

(all fish caught are released back into the lake)

16th and 17th May - 3rd Cap Hostens event

Discovery and sports treks, 10 and 20 km trails, children's triathlons, exploration and sprints. A weekend open to all, also offering aerial activities and climbing.

The event was enjoyed by more than 800 participants in 2008.    

This sports event is organised by the triathlon division of Cestas SAGC, in partnership with the Conseil Général.

This year, the 3rd CAP HOSTENS was a roaring success: exactly 976 participants took part!

6th June 2009 - Regional youth mountain biking trophy


9th June 2009 - USEP mini tour
1,000 local primary school children will travel by bike from their school to the estate.

10th June 2009 - 4^th High school adventure race, in partnership with the UNSS
43 Gironde high schools participated in 2008, with 83 teams made up of pupils from the 1st and 2^nd year groups. The mixed teams are made up of 5 children each. In 2008, 415 high school students competed in the 3rd adventure race to be staged!
