Discover the hiking trails on the "Demoiselles nature trail".
Circuits around the lake on foot, by mountain bike or by horse are also available:
- 110 km of mountain bike trails are open to the public.

Horse riding tracks used by the Hostens horse riding centre are also available.
A horse riding, mountain biking and canoeing excursion is available from 25th May to 9th September, subject to terms and conditions.
Environmental discovery and respect
Respecting the environment is a daily concern on the estate, which is listed as a Sensitive Natural Area.
Set out and discover its history, let your senses be awakened, observe the birds, turtles, dragonflies...
Come and discover the scent of the heather amongst lakes and forests, follow the signs and symbols which lead us from Spring to Autumn, from discovering carnivorous plants to gathering mushrooms.
Environmental discovery can also be combined with sports activities.
Environmental activities
A guided tour of 3 sites is delivered by a nature guide. The tour is free but is subject to reservation by calling 05 56 88 55 65.
Guided tours are offered from 23rd June to 12th September.
At Gat Mort: Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
On the Demoiselles nature trail: Monday and Friday mornings.
On the banks of Lamothe Lake: Wednesdays and Saturdays at 5pm.
Visitors are also welcome on the site of Gat Mort all day on Saturdays and on Sunday afternoons.
Orienteering courses

In addition to mountain biking, the estate also lends itself perfectly to orienteering, with fun activities for young children and more competitive courses for adults.
3 possible orienteering courses are available: 8 km - 12 km - 15 km.
