The Conseil Général de la Gironde enables you to create your travel card on-line. However, you can still buy a card by applying in writing, if you wish.
HOW DO I OBTAIN A TRAVEL CARD?

To obtain your card at no extra cost, you can download the leaflet "A travel card for everyone!" and send back the reply coupon to the address given or better still, apply for your card on-line.

You can download and fill in the form, and send it by post with the documentary evidence requested.
